Welcome to my online yoga program designed for all levels—from beginners to advanced yogis. The lessons are crafted to help deepen your understanding of yoga through asanas (physical postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and learning yoga in a broader context. 🌞

Every month I prepare new lessons, meditations, and teachings that are available anytime and anywhere. You can revisit older videos to practice your favorite techniques or discover something you might have missed. Yoga is not just about physical exercise, but of course we also focus on strengthening our bodies and feeling good!

What can you look forward to every month?

My lessons connect movement with deeper intentions that move you forward and help you connect better with yourself. In this way, our practice becomes a tool not only for physical strength but also for self-discovery. 🧘🏽‍♀️The yoga lessons are diverse (ranging from dynamic power sessions to calmer ones focused on flexibility). We'll explore hatha yoga, vinyasa yoga and yin yoga.

About me

My name is Pavla and I am very excited about our shared journey of online yoga. ☺
Let me introduce myself a little. I am 24 years old and yoga has not been with me my whole life.

✨ I would say that everything meant to come into my life has always come seemingly by chance (although I believe that there are no coincidences). While I was studying at university, which I've now successfully graduated from—phew… I started thinking about how to work on myself. I was going through a challenging time, not just with school but in my personal life as well. Through an acquaintance I was introduced to craniosacral therapy and began studying it. This opened up a new world for me and greatly expanded my awareness. I started to find more of myself and began to change. I still practice craniosacral therapy today, and I love working with people. ♥


While I was studying craniosacral therapy, I discovered yoga. It all started by chance when I began practicing yoga on YouTube to stretch my body and improve my movement while riding horses. And then… I came across a yoga teacher training course and I didn't hesitate. Even though I had never planned to teach yoga I took the course for myself. Then it happened—I met my yogi friend Kačka and we began furthering our education. I went on to attend numerous workshops on energy work and meditation. Eventually, I started teaching yoga, and two years ago I opened my own yoga studio. 🧘 I've been teaching yoga for over 3 years now. ♥


I feel immense gratitude for what I do, and it fills me with joy. Finally I want to say that, for me, yoga is a journey and on this journey I want to enjoy every step. I am learning to listen to myself, live with kindness and love and trust my intuition. ✨ Yoga is not just exercise for me—it's a lifestyle.
